Screw Extractor Tips

Instructions:

  • Drill a 2mm pilot hole in the center of the damaged screw/bolt.
  • Increasing the drill bit diameter until you reach the recommended diameter for the suited extractor.
  • Insert the extractor tip and tap it in with a hammer until the extractor is secured.
  • Using a tap handle, twist the extractor counter clockwise to extract the damaged fastener.
