Tork Craft Zirconium Sanding Belts — 100 × 610 mm, 60 Grit (2-Pack)

Need fast removal without going full-coarse? The Tork Craft P60 zirconium belts are your job-site workhorses. Sized to the popular 100 × 610 mm format, they chew through hardwood, paint and rust while running cooler and lasting longer than standard aluminium-oxide belts. Supplied in a handy 2-pack so you can swap and keep moving.

The robust cloth backing and durable butt-splice keep tracking true under pressure, while zirconium grain keeps cutting sharp for more metres per belt.

Extra Information

  • Compatibility: use on any belt sander that specifies 100 mm × 610 mm belts.
  • Technique tip: let the belt do the work—excess pressure causes heat, glazing and wear.
  • Progression: start at P40/P60 for heavy removal, then move to P80 → P120 for refining.
  • Storage: keep belts flat and dry; avoid bending across the joint.

Safety

  • Wear eye, hearing and dust protection when sanding.
  • Verify belt tracking and guard positions before use; allow sander to reach speed.
  • Use light, even pressure to avoid overheating and premature wear.
  • Disconnect power before changing belts or making adjustments.
